No expense has been spared in the transformation of this cracking three storey into a comfortable and achingly stylish house that includes six double bedrooms. Each room has been designed to be incredibly comfortable. The mattress is super-comfy. They’re also brim full of ‘tech’. High definition internet-connected smart TVs adorn the walls, USB charging points have been placed immediately adjacent to the desk, the WIFI is business-grade and the broadband is fast. We’ve even included a Netflix account for every room in the house so you can stream movies and binge on box-sets to your hearts content. The location is great - only minutes from the shops and takeaways in Maindee and a hop, skip and jump from the gym, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and all the City Centre has to offer. For those with cars there’s plenty of parking on the street and you can be on the M4 in minutes, for those using public transport the house is only minutes from a bus route and hop and a skip to the train station. The kitchen, dining and community space is fully equipped and includes everything you might reasonably need and includes: two hobs, two ovens, microwave, fridge/freezers (two of them), a washing machine and a condenser tumble dryer (it consumes a fraction of the energy when compared to its electric cousins). House movie-nights are delivered courtesy of a wall hung HD smart TV. One simple all-inclusive monthly membership fee covers: • All brand-new fittings, furniture, artworks and appliances (linen pack is optional. ), • All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband), • TV license (for the TV in the community space only) and a whole-house Netflix account, • A cleaner (fortnightly cleaning of the communal areas.   • Viewings

    Viewings are conducted at times to suit you and will be accompanied by a member of our team who can give advice and answer any questions you may have.

  • Rent

    Rents are normally quoted per calendar month (PCM) and payable monthly in advance. The tenant is usually also responsible for council tax, water rates, gas, electricity and telephone costs. All rents are payable by bank standing order to our company bank account or your landlords bank account

  • Deposits

    A security deposit of a minimum one month's rental will normally be required. This deposit will be treated in accordance with the tenancy deposit protection regulations, and you will be informed of which protection scheme is used. The deposit is held to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement. Please note that under no circumstances can the deposit be used by the tenant to cover rent.
